Refunds & Cancellations

To initiate a refund or cancellation, contact us on WhatsApp at +919840377130 or +919486741444, or email us at collectibletheory@gmail.com. Our team will assist you promptly.

1. Return Window

  • Returns are accepted only within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests made after this window will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received a damaged product, or
  • You received an incorrect item

Please note: box creases, soft corners, or shelf wear are not considered damage. Funko Pops are collectible items, and slight box variation during transit is normal.

Conditions for Approval : 

  1. The item must be unused and in its original condition
  2. Original packaging, inserts, and tags must be intact
  3. For damaged-item claims, an unopened-box unboxing video (starting from the sealed package) is mandatory - claims without this cannot be processed

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Minor packaging imperfections
  • Damage caused by mishandling after delivery
  • Discounted or sale items (will be looked at on a case to case basis)

4. How to Raise a Return/Refund Request

  • Send your order number, photos, and unboxing video to collectibletheory@gmail.com
  • Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
  • If approved, we'll share replacement or return instructions

5. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was on our end

6. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are not available for Cash on Delivery orders
  • All cancellations attract a 5% processing fee plus 18% GST on the fee amount
  • For orders cancelled after dispatch, shipping charges will be non-refundable
  • Approved cancellation refunds are initiated within 5-7 working days

As part of our quality assurance process, we photograph every product before shipping - this helps us ensure accuracy, maintain transparency, and resolve any disputes fairly.
