Refunds & Cancellations

1) Return Window

  • We accept returns only within x Hours of delivery. 

  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2) Eligible Returns

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received an incorrect item

Minor box creases, soft corners, or shelf wear are not considered damage, as Funko Pops are collectible items and box condition can vary during transit.

3) Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Minor packaging imperfections

  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

  • Discounted Items

4) Approval Conditions

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging, inserts, and tags must be intact

  • Unboxing video from sealed package to product is mandatory for damaged item claims 

5) Return & Refund/Replacement Initiation

  • Share your order number, images, and unboxing video to XYZ & our team will review and respond within x hours

  • If approved, replacement/return instructions will be provided by the team

6) Refund Method

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within x business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part

7) Cancellation

  • Cancellation is not available for cash on delivery orders

  • All cancellations are subject to a x% processing charge plus applicable GST. For orders cancelled after dispatch, shipping charges will be non-refundable. Refunds will be initiated within x working days following cancellation approval

As part of our quality assurance process, images of each product are captured prior to shipping to ensure accuracy, transparency, and to avoid any disputes.
